How to pick a really secure password

I happened upon this webpage

which describes a method to pick a password that the current

(as of the date of this note) version of L0phtcrack cannot guess. Even

if they update L0phtcrack these should make it take significantly longer

to crack a password.

Basically they are just extended characters that you can get by holding

down the alt key then typing a 3 digit number on the numeric keypad. The

additional characters are:
